The job, without the corporate fog

You are systematic, methodical, and a little relentless. You do not “check if it works.” You try to make it fail in ways nobody thought of on a Tuesday afternoon.
You already know automated testing tools, and you are comfortable putting AI to work so the suite finds problems while everyone else is still writing the ticket.
Three years of software quality experience is the floor. You speak Spanish, but English is not optional: you will talk to people who do not speak Spanish, and you will write reports that survive a skeptical read.
What you will actually do

- Design tests that catch the awkward cases, not just the happy path.
- Build and maintain automated suites, with AI where it genuinely speeds you up.
- File bugs that developers can reproduce without a séance.
- Push back when something ships because “it worked on my machine.”
- Keep quality honest in a product used to train healthcare professionals. Real people practice on it. Sloppy is not charming.
